This was a great listen as I always try to make sure a second of my day isn't wasted, that every minute is productive. Even as I watch this video, ironically, I felt a bit like I was wasting time and was compelled to write this blog post before the video even ended (which probably means I learned nothing from this video lol.) Anyways, it'll take some conscious effort, I do feel like a lot of times I try to do so many things that I don't get or feel like I accomplished anything at the end of the day. Time to take some active efforts to focus on my priorities as well as truly relax when it's time to relax. Do you feel the same way? Let me know!
